<p>I have been recently deferred from the University of South Carolina and was wondering if i still had a chance to be enrolled. </p>

<p>generally speaking, your chances of getting in after being deferred are usually less. Good luck though, be optimistic.</p>
<p>usc is tough... very tough. however, if you show them you are optimistic about attending by either calling or emailing them... maybe they will recognize that interest and use it in favor. however, deferrals, as shananigans stated, usually end up in a denial.</p>
<p>however, optimism is the key to success in this case!</p>
<p>I appreciate the support! I mailed a letter today displaying my interest in the school, so hopefully that will help...</p>
