Deferred. Now What?

So i got deferred at Case Western Reserve.
It says:
"Your application will be reviewed on an equal basis along with our Regular Decision candidates. In January we will contact you and ask that you update your application with information that has become available since your application was submitted. "

They will "contact" me?
So...am i supposed to pay the application fee again?

I'm not sure what i'm supposed to do to apply for the school AGAIN.

Do everything all over? SAT scores, SAT subject test scores, transcript, and the application?

Sidenote:
I got a 32 ACT with a 3.9 UW GPA.
How did i get deferred?
I was pretty certain i'd get admitted...
ugh...

You don’t pay the application fee again. The app is in the cue waiting for all the RD apps and then it will be reviewed again. The update will ask for more recent grades/scores/ECs. You don’t HAVE to do anything more. It is just a chance to do so.

As far as how you got waitlisted, what were your ECs and class rank like? Those are rated the same as GPA and scores.

It’s pretty much automatically reconsidered for the RD, so you just have to wait for the RD release, although you will need to submit updates like your fall senior year grades. Just the updates is what you need to do!

Rank : 31/462
EC: major leadership roles in musical activities. Church worshiping band founder and leader, honors band 1st clarinet, marching band section leader, etc
Also chemE lab internship.

I also got Math2C:790 Korean:800 and chem 700.
I didn’t sent those scores yet. I guess I will later when they ask me.
