I was deferred EA by Georgetown. What can I do to increase my chances for the RD round? My first issue IMO was not having three subject tests. I only had one, so I am taking two in January. I have heard of letters of continued interest and will do one later on with some updates. I also only sent in only one recommendation, can I add the second optional one now somehow? Any other ideas on what I can do? Thanks!
Taking the other two subject tests will definitely help your app (It played a role in my friends’ deferral turning into an acceptance last year).
You could mail in a second recommendation. If you want to send in updates with new awards or honors, that will help too.
I apologize if this is a super dumb question, but do we just email our letters of continued interest to the admissions office? also when would be a good time to send them? As far as the second recommendation, can we just have our teacher email it to the admissions office as well?
