<p>I have done research but I would like to know what you guys know. How slim are your chances if you get deferred? Should I constantly send in letters to remind them that Cornell is still my number one choice?</p>

<p>I’d start by looking at past years’ Cornell ED threads and seeing where deferred applicants ended up getting accepted. It’s a bit of work, but you could compare your stats with theirs and see what your rough chances are. Also I’m sure there’s some public info available from Cornell if you do a bit of googling.</p>
