What to do after being deferred?

Hey all, first of all, I congratulate those who have been accepted/deferred!
I personally have been deferred, and I admit - it hurt like hell the first few hours.
It's getting a bit more bearable...and I truly am grateful for my second chance.
I'm thankful that I wasn't completely rejected~

I'm wondering...have any of you here on CC been deferred for ED from Cornell, and then got in during the RD cycle?

Did you guys reach out to Cornell? (aka send in supplementary material...more rec. letters..etc) If so, what did you send out?

If i maintain a really good average throughout senior year, how much will that help me?

What are some things I can do to earn some "brownie points" ?

thank you for reading...I really need all the help I can get ! :-)

Yes, answers to those questions will truly help us deferrees

agreed! please someone help
