Hey everybody...I just checked my ED II decision and I got deferred. Quite anticlimactic but better than rejection I guess.
Do I still have a chance?? What do I do?? I still REALLY want to go to Tufts.
PLEASE give me some help on what to do on improving my chances for regular decision.
Thanks :-/

Pistolpete was deferred ED last year and ultimately got accepted (and is attending). You might want to do a search for his posts on the old board.

thanx that gives me hope :-)

:-( more advice please?? do you think I should visit or something?

There's nothing more you can do other than send that last letter and hope for the best.

My daughter was deferred at her ED school. Unless you have addit. info to send them updated awards, new test scores, the only thing you can do is send a letter. She sent them a letter, how she was disappointed in being deferred, its still her # 1 choice and why she can see herself at the school. Good luck!

would it help to send another recommendation if its REALLY good?

it definitely can't hurt.

Agreed. Anything helps.
