So my October SAT scores have been delayed and I don't have my scores even though all my friends have them. I sent CB an email and the response I got says that that my answer sheet is going through an "exception scoring process" and that it has been forwarded to the "Escalations Department". I have no idea what the Escalations Department does or what warrants their involvement. Plus I have to wait 10-14 business days for another mail. Any ideas as to why they are spending so much time on my script?

My D’s October SAT is also going through the “exception scoring process”. I talked to someone from the Escalation Department, and they told me it could be another 3 to 5 weeks. They have multiple people review the answer sheet multiple times, and there are a number of tests going through this process, so it takes time. The woman I spoke with also said it could be finished sooner, but no guarantees. They promised us weekly updates.

My scores are also in exception scoring. However I’ve already applied to a school early that requires you send ALL of your scores. Since these scores are unavailable, I CAN’T send them. What is going to happen?
