Has anyone tried sending their documents via DHL?
I’ve sent mine with this courier but they have delivered it to Erlanger, KY instead of Berea College Office of Admission. When I phoned the Customer Support, they said it is possible that receiver requested to deliver to that destination. My mail was received by someone named COOK.
Did anyone else have the same situation?

What I found from FAQ of DHL os this:

The tracking results are showing that my shipment is going to a different town or city than it was initially addressed to. Why is this?

The Pickup and Delivery destinations shown on the DHL Express tracking results are based on the destination of the Service Station location providing that pickup and delivery. Please be assured that your shipment is being delivered to the destination provided by you when you completed the waybill for your shipment(s).
After this I felt a relief. Hope it is received and will be reviewed.
