IDOC MISTAKE: Sent by DHL.Just found out that couriers are NOT acceptable. Now what?

I have sent my IDOC package to College Board by DHL. According to the DHL tracking number, it has already been received by College Board on the 1st of March. I have just found out today from the FAQs that "College Board's processing center is a secure facility and CANNOT accept envelopes via FedEx, UPS, courier, etc"

I have realized I made a mistake. But the deadline (1st March) has already passed by now. Does this mean my IDOC package will no longer be processed? I know sending another package will delay the process as well. What am I supposed to do? Will my IDOC be considered late by colleges that require it (Mount Holyoke and Bryn Mawr College)? I am really worried since I know that a late submission means that I will get less financials aids. So far, I have just sent a mail to College Board via IDOC website. I really hope you can advise me on what I should do.

I have confusion about something else as well. The tax returns my parents submitted from my home country are already translated in English. However, the numerical values are all in our home currencies. We did NOT write the US dollar equivalent beside each currency value. We just stated the current exchange rate of my country in terms of US dollars in the front page of my parent’s tax returns. Will that be okay?
Your help will be sincerely appreciated.

Thanking you,

I think that those of us overseas don’t really have a choice except to send it by courier, otherwise it would take months to get there! I sent our documents via Aramex; they partner with UPS once the shipment arrives in the U.S. Mine got there ok - I think the local DHL drivers would either arrange for someone to pick it up, or give it to the post office to put in the box. If you’re concerned, call DHL and they should be able to tell you exactly who signed for it and where they are. The College Board gets a lot of mail, so I’m sure they’ve worked something out. Give it a few days to get into the system and check the status. You may also contact the schools and just let them know what’s happening. I’m not sure about your other question, sorry.

Thank you, KSAMom. I feel much better now. THANK YOU.
