<p>We just got a notice from the Ailey school saying that Denise Jefferson passed away on Saturday. She has been the head of the school for about 20 years and started the Ailey/Fordham college program. DD is very sad because she found Ms. Jefferson to a firm but kind guide. DD feels very previliged to have had her as a class instructor. The announcement said the school has appointed 2 interim directors.</p>
