I'm from Indonesia and recently applied for UW Seattle.

Here are my facts:

English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 97 out of 120.
High school GPA: 4 out of 4
SAT/ACT: None. Taking either is difficult in Indonesia.

Activities:

School Acceleration: I skipped my ninth grade and directly entered high school.

Chemistry Olympiad: Various competitions held by unis in Indonesia. Also managed to reach the national level of National Chemistry Olympiad of Indonesia (held by Ministry of Education)

Violin concerts: Several violin shows and concerts. I've been playing violin ever since I was in elementary.

Peer tutorship: I teach and control chemistry class in my school. It's an olympiad class. Nearly 2 years.

Martial Arts: More than 3 years.

I see. How about proof of high school graduation? In Indonesia, in order to graduate from high school, we are required to attend National Examination (known as “Ujian Nasional” in Indonesian). Does UW require its scores or does it only require high school diploma?
*Upload a scanned copy of your final exam certificate or diploma that shows all coursework completed and grades received. Students educated in the British system or other educational systems in which grades are based on comprehensive national exams — GCSE, O-Level, SPM, etc. — must submit a copy of the official exam certificate by the published application deadline. *
I have. I finished my application several weeks ago. You’re right about the online portal UW Bothell’s portal did notify me about a physical transcript.
I’m only concerned with possible time disparities.
They won’t make you transmit something that you can’t possibly have yet. I can’t speak for the U of W, but in any similar case they make a decision by whatever deadline and make it contingent on successful receipt of the documentation in question.
