I want to apply for transfer for 2011, into NYU Steinhardt's MCC program. But I'm worried that although my college stats are good, my ACT (which I took in high school and didn't study for) is gonna hold me back. Should I retake it before submitting my app?

In high school I had a 3.0 unweighted and 4.2 weighted GPA.
ACT- 22

I'm now a part of an Honors College, I've completed one full year and want to transfer after my second.

3.91 GPA
Phi Theta Kappa
SAID
Editor-in-chief of school magazine
Staff member/writer for school newspaper
300+ community service hours
Presidents Award for Community Service
+ more clubs and things I will become a part of during my second year.

Should I be worried about my score and retake it? NYU is my number one transfer school.
