Did any 2015 Duke Admits use the College Board's Net Price Calculator

In October 2010 the College Board launched their new "Net Price Calculator" for about 20 schools including Dartmouth, Duke, Rice, Amherst, Tufts, among others.

The Net Price Calculator is customized for each college using the service, a range of options can be added to further engage prospective students.

I'm curious about whether any Duke Class of 2015 admits who applied for FA this year have used this calculator and can comment on how accurate it was. If you (or son/daughter) received an FA package from Duke, I'd love to hear some comments on how close your actual aid award was to what was estimated on this calculator.

My son was admitted and I did use this calculator. It’s very misleading. According to the calculator my EFC was 40K. When I received the FA notice from Duke my EFC was 56K so no FA! I was not very happy as I expected 15k! Good Luck
