<p>okay, so i got a letter from texas a&M saying i'm a national merit semifinalist and that they'd offer me a $57,000 scholarship to go there. i am out-of-state.</p>

<p>Are you a NMSF? If you are, then yes, they do send out those letters. They recruit very heavily OOS. I don't know about in-state. They will also invite you to a meeting about the scholarship very soon. It's a great package. Make sure you turn in your scholarship application by December 1st.</p>

<p>MosheA, you need to find out if you are an NMSF. You should have gotten something by now if you are. Maybe you could approach your school GC and ask who are the NMSF's in your school. Good luck.</p>
