Did anyone get accepted for freshmen 09 yet?

You deserve live with SAT 500s, 600s brain meat its your choice.
I don't. How do you feel when you look around your large class room most of them are SAT 500s, 600s brain meat brain face.

Do you think worth it pay even in state price

Explain me. Why RU admission office accept these SAT500s600s meat brain.
WHY???

Because it's a state school.

It’s a state school....yes... you are right.

I confuse with U-Michigan, U-Virginia, Penn State, and UCLA...etc other state university....my mistake.

CVCKnight - since you claim not to want to go to Rutgers, why post at all? You are a complete idiot to bash a school that so many on this forum obviously want to attend. Your English is atrocious. If you want no part of Rutgers, stop posting on this board!

I live in NJ.so I think Rutgers must be better school.

I wish RU not accept GPA under 3.8 SAT 2000 as bottom line.

Why RU stay out from US top 50 university?

I think because wrong admission policy and process.

Do you happy to see low Stat kids come in your class room?

It is a public university. You can't exclude most of the state because you want it to be like an Ivy! No publc university in this country would only take students with 2000 SAT and 3.8 unweighted GPA. Geez, you are very unrealistic. It receives federal funding and depends on the 40,000 students who attend. If you limited attendence to your specifications it would be a very tiny school...which is something that most of us DO NOT want. It is in the top 50. It is a major research university. It has pros and cons which we are all happy to discuss. What we don't want is someone posting that does nothing but bash Rutgers. From what you have previously posted you plan to go to U mich. Then why continue to post here?
And FYI I do not consider myself a low stat student because I got less then 2000 on my SATs! I take AP calc, AP Physics etc. i have a tremendous amount to add to the school. You are who I don't want in my classroom.

cvcknight is just asking to get torn apart by saying these things....especially using that "english"

SAT 2000 was too high? sorry I agree with you.

but Please agree with me SAT under 1200(from1600) are problem.

These score students are good for Rutgers reputation?

I go UM anyway

yo cvcknight JUST SHUT UP!!!

adchen124

very representing your score & your college.

Hope RU admission office rejected him.

this kid wont get a job with english like that.

they will probably toss his resume in the trash

University of Michigan - Ann Arbor resume

vs

Rutgers resume

this is not even close.....no need to compare.

you guy no chance beat UM.

So has anyone who applied through EOF hear back as of yet? To be more specific, I mean SAS EOF...

My stats are 3.8 GPA. 1830 SAT, and I'm in top 10. I submitted my application a day before the deadline, and I've yet to hear back from RU.

Your SAT is match.
but you have 2 problem
1)GPA is too high above 3.5GPA
2) your top10% class rank is not match.(too high)

hey guys

It should be obvious to anyone that cvcknight is making goofy posts just to make people nuts. Don't respond to these postings!

cvc knight, what in the world are you talking about. rutgers is going to reject OVERACHIEVERS!?!?! what kind of thought is that?!??!?! rutgers would love to accept these kinds of students to help their reputation.

irun4fun, same situation. they are calling it an admission's error.

hey adchen124, im sorry i dont understand, what is the error in the admissions? that the apps are not rolling? because i have noticed that and it seems to make sense that that is the issue but i wasnt sure. please explain. thanks

and cvcknight, you are ridiculous

oh yeah and can someone estimate my chances, esp for engineering? thanks
