Did bad on one summer course

Hey everyone!
I am currently in grade 10, and I am maintaining a 4.00 GPA (unweighted). I have many EC's scuh as owning a web design company, over 400 volunteer hours, co-founding a non-profit organization, science fair, doing a university level biostatistic course through edx/harvard, rowed, played soccer, go to a rigorous private school, and more.

I took Grade 10 World History last summer (grade 9 end) to get rid of it, so I don't have to do it during the school year, and could do a grade 11 course. I normally have a 90% in my school (Ridley College, in Canada), which is a 97% after conversion to U.S grading scale (4.00 GPA).

I have always had trouble with history, and I took the course in the summer through VirtualHIghSchool. I got a 68% in the course.... It was not counted in my grade 9 or 10 GPA, and I will be taking IB for grade 11 and 12. I am scared that this one mistake i made will cost me my acceptance or chances into a school I want to be in.

I was looking to get into these schools. SO mainly Ivey Leagues.
-Harvard
-Princeton
-Wharton
-Stanford
-NYU STERN
-MIT SLOAN
-Cornell AEM
-Columbia
-Northwestern KELLOG

Will that one 68% along the 88% (94 after conversion) in grade 9, 91% (97% after conversion) in grade 10, and my projected 6 or 7 in IB in grade 11 or 12 make a difference?

Thanks!
