I got a letter confirming that my reply form was received, and it goes on to say:

"Finally, please remember that your admission is contingent on our receiving your final transcript and school report. The report form is included in this letter. Please ask your counselor to send both to our office by July 1, 2010."

Long story short, the report form was not included with my envelope. For those of you who received it, is this thing faxable? Or is it on a thickish card like the SIR form? It's not a egregious error or anything, it's just that having to keep this on my mind is annoying since all my teachers decided to have their finals tomorrow + AP testing afterwards.

Nevermind. Just got an email from Duke linking me to an online version of the form. Still curious, is the reply form anything special or just print on a paper? :p

wait you got an emailed link to the final report? how come i didint get one, did you contact admissiona dn told them you didint get the final report? Can you also give us the link? coz i think a lot of ppl are missing tht form…

They e-mailed me shortly after; I didn’t have to do anything about it. I would just wait for it to come to you and then print it out. And yup, I’ll be seeing you at duke, harvardwaitlist :P

Oh and just to clarify, the letter sent to me did not come in the big packet with the folder. It was just a regular letter telling me they received my SIR.

Ugh, I hate Duke’s admitted student website. I personally find it incredibly hard to navigate. Anyways, a paper version of the form came in the mail today for me. But I’m sure printing it out isn’t a big deal.
