final report form not mailed

<p>my final transcript has been mailed to uchic, but not the final report form. i tried emailing my counselor about turning in the final report form, but there's still no reply/acknowledgement of it.
the form's due july 1 and i dont think she'll receive my email in time. i emailed jerry and he said as long as the FORM is turned in, i'm fine...
am i really screwed? all im doing is panicking here. ahhh ahhh ahhhaslk;dj</p>

<p>Hey you!! Me too! I have the form to my school counselor about two weeks ago and nothing! I emailed him...and nothing! I'll go to my school on monday be apain on the butt and get the bloody form. DOes anyone now if the form must arrive before or in july 1st, or just has to be mailed before or on that date?</p>

<p>good news from jerry . i emailed him about my dilemma and he just said that this was something to "stay on top of, but will not be a big problem or hold anything up"
so vanessa i think that although the deadline is july1, uchic wont come running after you with a stick if you mail it a bit after the deadline.</p>

<p>Oh goody! jajaj I just email Isabel gomez who is my uchi counselor, since i am intl. Anyways, I won't know until monday, but at least someone in Uchi will know thta i am having problems witht hat form, so when july 1st comes, they won't think i just forgot about it!</p>
