<p>Everyone (I am almost positive) gets that letter. It’s just because not everyone has their parents paying for their schooling. And so if you’re working for 10$/hr, a payment plan is something you’d really like to pay off the 2-3K. Don’t worry about it.</p>
<p>Don’t worry, people with full rides got the letter. They go out to everyone.</p>
