<p>Yes and yes. I got the $27k/yr Pres. Scholarship which makes it alot more reasonable for my family. I’m visiting next week so we’ll see how that goes…</p>

<p>I got a letter in the mail two weeks ago with an itemized list of the financial aid being offered</p>

<p>Hmm, my FA package is good, but a tiny bit more would have been comforting… AU is pretty expensive without the FA!!</p>

<p>I was rather dissapointed by it. I considered American a safety for me and I only got 13K in grant money. I got 13.5K from NYU, and 25K from Bard. Suffice to say I will not be attending AU.</p>

<p>Actually in reviewing all of D’s offers, AU was the 2nd best…and now has risen to the top of her list…we didn’t really read it all through when the acceptance came b/c she had several other schools to wait on…but interestingly enough it is looking quite good.</p>

That means I was offered nothing, right?</p>
