Did I ruin my chances of getting in college?

So.... I applied to a lot of top schools with an intended science major(chemistry, chemical engineering as alternate). I had a bad start in the beginning of my high school career. People tell me that I need to do good in AP Physics, AP Chemistry, and AP Biology for a major in science. But I got a C in Physics II Honors, the class taken before AP physics. After that, I didn't take AP physics at all. But I still took ap chem (got A's) and I'm in ap bio right now, along with another ap envi sci. How much of an impact do you think this has on my acceptance, if my EC's revolve around science and my stats are pretty good ?(Excluding the C)

No, you did not ruin your chances of getting in to college. Do you have a safety you would be happy to attend, can afford and are assured of getting in? If you do, relax. If not I highly suggest you find one.
