Did i ruin my chances with this dual enrollment class?

So, being less mature than i am now I decided to take a psychology class linked to Rutgers Newark when i was a junior. My work ethic was much terrible back then. I am attending Rutgers New Brunswick this fall and the class showed up on my course list! (Which was an embarrassing flat 2.0/4.0) I searched this up on various forums and they all said that I'm going to have to submit this grade to apply for Medical School. I have a few questions about this..

If i don't accept the credits for it will I still have to submit it?

If it does end up being submitted, how drastically will it affect my chances? (taking into consideration that it was taken during high school)

Yes. And just like any other C.

They won’t take into consideration that I took it during high school? It wouldn’t have less weight?

It will have exactly the same weight for AMCAS GPA calculations. Every class you have ever taken, no matter when, no matter whether your UG gives you credit for it.

You could explain it if you felt the need , but IMO it would be better to concentrate on making your app as good as you can moving forward.

Nope.

All college level grades are weighted equally by AMCAS when calculating your GPA.

On your application your DE class will appear as part of your freshman grades.
