did people get their acceptance packets yet?

I'm in NJ and an Echols Scholar so i got a letter from UVA earlier this month. I've been waiting for the normal acceptance packet though, and it hasnt come--- isnt it getting sort of late already?</p>

<p>I got mine on Monday and I'm in CT. I'm not Echols though.</p>
