<p>Im sure if you clicked this thread it was out of curiousity, im trying to spice up this forum.... would anyone happen to know if University of Central Florida gives decent scholarship money? Because apparently UF is too stuck up to help poor people get an education;)</p>
<p>UCF would have the same funding sources as UF - You could get Stafford loans and Pell Grants. You could also qualify for Bright Futures. What is your issue with UF financial aid?</p>
<p>I did my undergrad at UCF… no scholarships, my parents paid the whole time. There is Bright Futures in Florida that paid a good portion of tuition costs. Bright Futures is for any student that went to high school in FL and graduates with a 3.0 or above. BUT I will say… going to UCF helped me get into NYU for grad school, where I have a 1/2 scholarship AND work study.</p>
<p>Bright Futures helps students - including the poor - get an education in Florida. </p>
