<p>Right now my essay basically has my name, space, my topic number ( for common app), space, and then my essay.....</p>
<p>some people have been telling my to title it....is that nessasary?</p>
<p>also, what if it is a supplment essay the school requires?</p>

<p>I titled mine. I would give it a title, if you don’t you’re missing an opportunity to give a “first impression” about your essay.</p>
<p>Originally, I had my name at the top. However, I realized that the Common App automatically puts your Name and Common App ID on your essay, so I took it off.</p>
