Did your town make the list?

Best Places to Live 2010 - Top 100: 1-25 - from MONEY Magazine

Surprisingly, mine did (top 50). And, it beat this really snooty town that's right next to us. My town isn't horrible, but I don't know if I would call it one of the top 50 places to live.

Not my town, however the town where my grandparents live did get selected. Though I certainly wouldn’t rank the town in the top 100.

23 - Cary = town 30 miles away.

40 - Chapel Hill = my town. :o

Did your metro area make this list? Let’s go top 30!

^^You’re 3 above me. :)

The only city in my state made the list because of barbecue and Johnny Depp? Embarrassing

^There’s a reason it’s 93rd…

Eden Prarie, MN is the best place to raise a family, and apparently the community is also tight-knit. I’d move there if ever I were to settle down.

OP’s site: my town isn’t listed.

noimagination’s site: Sacramento is rank 90.

93rd percentile probably…

OP: Aunt’s city

NoImag: Hometown made it, wooooooooooooooooooohoooooo

I am surprised Piscataway, NJ made it on the list.

the town where like 30% of my friends live did: #53

My town isn’t on noimagination’s list.

Wow, not even top 99. Bakersfield fails though.

aaah we moved to st.paul so now i live (going to) in #15 and im going to school on the top 20 on that list…:(

i frequently go to Eden Prarie (even the name sounds so lovely) to visit my aunt and cousins. It’s actually really nice but it has a reputation for having cake eaters…ohh and EPHS is HUGE (their football team is like nationally ranked) and it’s so nice (aesthically speaking…academically + in sports we own them in everything! ) compared to mine :/

No. Only one town from my state made the list.

The only Michigan town on there is Ann Arbor (I’m about 10 minutes away).
I’m shocked.

I HATE Ann Arbor and would rather poke my eyes out than live there. In fact, I have almost no friends who enjoy living in Ann Arbor.

We’re 173 on the second list. Where is Detroit on the second list? I’m confused…

I know mine isn’t on there. I know Ann Arbor probably is.

Oh just noticed romanigypsyeyes’ post.
