Difficulty of Admission at Harvard SSP?

Hi, I was just wondering how difficult it is to get into Harvard SSP? I have the $ for the program. My grades are ://////// I have a really low gpa.. 3.5, my school doesn't weight GPAs. I'm from NJ. I don't know what my PSAT score is yet, but probably not that great considering that I did not study at alll... The only thing I can say is that when I was in 7th grade I got a 1610 on the SAT to get into Johns Hopkins CTY which I went to for 3 years.

I'm not dumb, I'm just really lazy as reflected in my GPA. I take the highest courseload possible at my school that is ranked top 25 in NJ (All Honors and AP). My first marking period grades were ok I became complacent in English and French and my grade went down at the end. My 2nd marking period grades are going to be a huge improvement. I know that SSP accepts students on a rolling basis. Would it be better to send my grades earlier with my mostly B+ grades and 3.5 GPA or wait until the 2nd marking period grades are out end of January and send it? I know that I can get a spectacular teacher reccomendation, I have great teacher relations. I can write pretty well for essays and stuff. I am also very involved in school. I'm a Student Council Representative, French Club Class Rep, involved in Interact Club and Student Auxiliary (community service), play 2 sports, and I'm an artist and have won many awards in piano.
Thanks so much for your input in advance, I would really love to go to Harvard for my summer this year :S

yo. getting accepted to the harvard summer program is actually really easy. i had a 3.4 gpa and my essay answers were less than 4 sentences long. it took me 10 minutes to write.
