difficulty of legal studies major admissions

i discovered this add-on major to another major but their is a special admissions process to be allowed to take the major. anyone have any knowledge of the admissions process or experience in the major? sounds interesting and a good head start toward law school.

Doesn't really matter what you study for law school.

.... as long as you have a strong foundation in writing and logic.

i think i kinda worded the law school thing wrong. id rather do the legal studies major at NU to see if I would like to pursue something in law. besides sounding interesting, it seems like a good introduction into the world of law.

ridewitbd24 actually got the right idea. I know quite a few people that dropped out of law. It's important to find out if it suits you early. One more advantage: since some legal studies professors also teach at the law school, their recommendation can give you an edge in admission to NU Law School

In that case - not a bad idea.
