Dilemma about accepting at grad school

I am having a dilemma about my grad school acceptance.

I was accepted to a grad school a few states away, and I accepted because my husband is looking to change careers and applied for a lot of different positions out there. However, he has been offered something pretty concrete and reliable where we are at now. In the meantime, I've been accepted to an online program in our current state.

My husband thinks I should just accept to both programs and try to let one down easy in about June when he finds out for sure what job offers he has.

Is this extremely unethical?

yes, it is unethical.

Is it better then to get released from the school I’ve already accepted to because I’m not sure my husband and I will be able to make a living out there?

Just do the online program, then if he gets transferred you are still mobile with the online program.

Do not accept the offer to the brick & mortar school. Realize that they most likely have a waitlist for the program. Decline the spot and free it up for someone who really wants it.
