i am accepted by syracuse into their civil engineering program but also wisconsin(madison) as undecided. i've never heard anything about their engineering program..is it popular at all? i'm very uncertain about my major (engineering was my 2nd choice) is it complicated to switch later in the year?
wisconsin sounds pretty nice but syracuse is much smaller...what do you guys think?

Which is less expensive for you?

i heard that Wisconsin has good engineering program.

of course syracuse..it's a private sch--charges over $40,000 for internationals
wisconsin charges 10,000 less..
i guess that means i shud choose wisconsin?

Jess, if all things are equal in terms of your likes and strength of program, I would choose the cheaper school, if one is substantially cheaper than the other. Wisconsin has a fabulous reputation and is considered one of the better state schools. If it is also $10,000 cheaper per year, what is there to think about?

true..hahaa thanks taxguy and jamies =]

cuse cuse cuse!
