<p>Does anyone know the actual dimensions of the “C” room in riverside east. The website shows all rooms to be 11x10 - but they do seem to be different sizes. My son is trying to figure out furniture placement for a 36" bookshelf with all the existing furniture. He can’t put the dresser under the bed since it will be his tv stand. Thanks for your help!</p>
