<p>Basically I had 1 B and 5 A's my first semester, and this semester it looks like 3 A's and 3 B's.
Is this downward trend a big deal? </p>

<p>Also, the classes stayed the same. 4 of them are AP's and 2 Honors</p>
<p>I think the trend is less an issue than the overall GPA.</p>
<p>For my high school at least, the only grades that colleges see for junior year are my final grades for the classes, so they would not see individual semester/quarter grades.</p>
<p>Do they average out to A’s then?</p>
