Is anyone going to the Direct Admit day for Kelley Students on march 31 or something?

dcho, aren't you still deciding between ucla and iub? well, i know you're from the west coast, and i'm on the east coast, and i was wondering if you can enlighten me on your visit to indiana. i've never been in the midwest in my entire life.

I don't know, I got the letter on it. I don't see why I can't just do an ordinary visit. It didn't seem like there was much more informative, other than an info session on the school if I remember correctly.

lol visionz sure well i visited indiana which is in bloomington in feburary and when i was there, it was snowing and REALLY cold. the campus was nice and i thought it would be alot bigger and more spacious like in the brochure and website but it seemed more compact. but the undergraduate schools and graduate schools are seperated ( my host told me) except for the kelley school of business, the grad school is like right next door to the undergraduate school. the buildings especially the business school looks professional and awesome. um as far as the natural setting, on the way to b-town its very rural like with random houses and gas stations and stores etc. but the school is situated in a nice college town place so its more suburbanish. um in terms of students, id say very welcoming and prety cool, my friend and his host were nice and funny cuz they argue alot lol. racially as u know its mostly caucasian but i didnt mind(m asian), i thought i would be intimated or uncomfortable or something cuz im from california but i blended in just fine and never even thought about it. besides i always saw minorities wherever i went and it felt like indiana wasnt really only 15% minorities, it felt more like 25% lol not big difference but u know what i mean. also another gud thing about the school is tat the town is made for the college, all the services and transportation is provided so students dont have to worry about tat stuff. eh if u have a specific question about my trip ask away :) o indiana is my first choice no doubt about tat im just worried about the money.

oh really, thanks for the info. i actually visited cali last summer, mostly irvine and san diego area and i absolutely loved it. also, i'm korean so i guess indiana having a lot of diversity is good. thanks.

haha wow tats weird, im korean too. :)
