Disciplinary Action in Law School--C&F?

@mettasutta: Your school will absolutely care, but you seem to have plenty of evidence showing your rehabilitation. I do still think work experience would be beneficial in your position.

I would consider starting over somewhere else, if you really, really want to do law school.

I can’t just start over somewhere else. I have 58 credits (2 years) worth of law school under my belt.

Sorry, by “starting over”, I meant going to another law school rather than reapplying to your old one. Yes, transfer all the credits you can, but I would still consider making a fresh start (as a 2L or whatever you can) somewhere else.

I have to to reapply to my original school and be readmitted there before I can visit away at a local Philadelphia school. I need a letter of permission from my original school in order to spend my third year at a different school.

You can’t transfer?

No. I have too many credits to transfer (58). I can do a visiting year at a local Philadelphia school, and the credits would revert back to my original school, and that’s where I would get my degree from.

Are you taking lithium?
