Like many of you, I found out my June act score last night. I was horrified upon looking at more scores. I received a 24 (23 E 23 M 24 R 25 S) my goal has always been to get a 27 or a 28. Is it possible to have a 3-4 point jump in a year? I guess what I am looking for out of this post is that a 24 act score is not "me". I have always wanted to attend UMich too, and they wont accept that kind of score!

More than anything I am looking for reassurance. Oh well, congratulations to the people who did do good.

If you want to go to U Mich, a 28 is a bit too low. For U Mich, try for a 30.

You can do it. Many considered the June test to be hard. Just prepare.

Thank you Debater 1996. I just knew allot of people who have gotten in w/ a 27-28 so I thought that what I should shoot for. Im probably going to order the june test and see where I went wrong and were I can make corrections. Ugh this stupid test!

Thanks though!

I should clarify that getting a 30 would be making admissions likely. People absolutely have gotten in with 28’s, but the higher always means the better.
