Disqualification at a university

i took a remedial math class for math 3 at CSU Dominguez hills and moved on to math 9 for the spring semester. I failed math 9 and struggled to take the class in the summer time and had no money or transportation so i took the online course and did the best of my ability to pass. I had got a letter from the university saying that if i hadn't passed the remedial math class in spring or summer i could retry it in the next fall semester. Now their telling me that that i could be disqualified.

Is there anyone i could firther contact to explain my situation to?? =(
Please help

Well to be honest if you had taken school more seriously in the first place and you wouldn’t be in this mess. Failing Math 9 is pretty brutal. All I can say is retry it and get a passing grade. Then hope that they let you in.

And if you didn’t even pass math 9, how on earth did you get into university? That means you’ve completed ZERO years of high school mathematics, while most colleges require at least three.
