Does anyone know how long it takes to walk from Brown to lab sciences?
Also, do most people use bikes? Is it worth it? If so, how do they use it during the winter?

Brown to LabSci is about a five minute walk. Plenty of people bike, but most people don’t. Bikers bundle up in the winter. I rode a bike last year but I won’t this year. It was quick and convenient but not really necessary. And it was a nuisance at times.

Thank you!

Do not worry about getting from class to class. Except for a few rare exceptions, you will always have time, even if you walk, to get from one class to another. WashU’s campus is not that big.

Except for my Seigle->Green Hall walking next semester ;-x

^ lolol.

all of my classes are clustered together this semester :)

The only people who /need/ bikes are people who live off campus (hell no am I walking 10 minutes just to get to the athletic field (25 to the engineering school). There are other reasons why I legitimately need a bike, but that’s not the point.

I was just on campus, and they had some construction marked as part of a bicycle project, basically looked like more bike racks, which were definitely needed at times last year.

The bike was definitely worth it for 140. I could get from Park to Whitaker in under five minutes.
