I was looking for things to keep me occupied in the winter/summer and maybe help me at Cornell by spreading out my workload, and I came across distance learning. Anyone know much about this? The tuition and fees said that it was $795 per credit for a winter session, but is this also true of distance learning? In relation to tuition, I guess this isn't a lot, but it would be an extra $2400 to get ahead one 3 credit class. (I assume this wouldn't or couldn't be calculated into financial aid). You guys know of anyone who has done Cornell's Distance Learning? Is it more difficult/time consuming than being in class? Just curious, as usual.

Why not get a class at your community college preapproved to transfer?

That way you can take it over the summer, and pay more like $300 . . . .
