Im going to be starting Junior year in a few weeks and have been wanting to go to West Point since I heard about it in middle school. I joined my high school’s AFJROTC unit freshman year and had heard online that if your unit is distinguished with merit from the air force, your unit can give you a reccomendation to another branch’s academy. Is this true? Im most concerned about getting nominations. If its any help, our unit recieved distinguished unit with merit freshman year and have recived distinguished unit last year.
