<p>I was wondering if any of you knew whether District 9 is a gory film? My friend asked me if I wanted to go see it with him, and I kind of do, but I am kind of queasy about gory, super-violent films. Any thoughts?</p>
<p>Yes, it’s pretty gory. It’s worth it, though.</p>
<p>How quesy? Cause yes, the movie is super-super gory and violent. Involving head-ripping, people exploding, really nasty messed up body parts, etc. It is an amazing movie though, and you would be missing out on the Summer’s best if you didn’t watch it!</p>
<p>Its rated R, so naturally, it has tons of gore, blood, etc; all the good stuff</p>
<p>Although the story is superb too…made me think and ponder a little…</p>
<p>It’s extremely violent and gory. It’s not torture porn, though, if that’s your problem. It has an awesome story, so that should make up for the gore.</p>
