Destination Dartmouth (Dartmouth bound) happens in the summer for prospective students and usually happens in the summer (you apply for this visit . Similar to the Amherst application). Keep in mind that most weekends were not limited to URMs.

Dartmouth Dimensions is open to all students admitted in the RD pool and they will offer financial aid (free or low cost for the trip) to students with financial need.

adding: Mount Holyoke College (focus on Diversity), Bryn Mawr (Mosaic)

Does anyone who has already received an itinerary know when the events on Saturday being? I was accepted but have scheduling conflicts so I was hoping that if there isn't too much on saturday, I could fly in after midnight or early sunday morning instead

i believe you would have to pay for transportation yourself. But if you're attending a special event like Diversity Hosting Weekend(DHW) or Multicultural Visitation Program(MVP) you may have the option of being reimbursed.

Bates College has a program called "Prologue to Bates". I am not very familiar with the program nor could I find any info on the college web site(!). However, as far as I understand the program is due to run twice this fall: once in October and once in November. The program includes the ordinary admissions stuff (tour, interview, sitting in on a class) as well as special workshops... From what I could find just browsing the web the deadline for applying for the October program is approaching.
