Do anyone else have "odd" Semester?

<p>My school runs on Trimester (which is completely different from the regular 2 semesters)
It is three semester of 12 weeks each. No midterms and 5 classes each trimester.</p>

<p>Does anyone else have this "odd" semester or something different from the norm or am I the only one?</p>

<p>When I used to go to independent (prep) school I had trimesters. I like the semester system better though</p>

<p>I had trimesters in elementary school.</p>

<p>Now we have quarters. We don’t have midterms to save money on bussing-we now have quarterlies.</p>

<p>We have like regular semester in grade K-8 but then when you get to high school it a totally different time. (Imagine getting your report card instead of a midterm grade)</p>

<p>We had trimesters at my old school. I like semesters better. Plus, trimesters just sound like pregnancy stuff to me.</p>

<p>I like trimester better. It give me more flexibly to improve my grades (especially since it’s my junior year)</p>
