Do AP Courses/Exam Scores count for College Credit at Ivy Leagues?

I am taking some AP Courses (i.e. AP Lang & Comp, APUSH, AP Chem, AP Calc BC), and I plan to take the AP exams.

Do the AP Courses and/or Exam scores count for college credit at Ivy League Schools?

Each college has different policies regarding which APs and scores will receive credit or placement. But in general, elite colleges have been cutting down on granting AP credit in recent years or even eliminating them completely.
