Do colleges accept you on secondary campuses?

<p>I am wondering: If you don't meet the requirements for the main campus of a university, for example: Penn State University Park. </p>

<p>Will they accept you in a secondary campus? Or do you have to do the whole process again?</p>

<p>I was told that some U's do but I am not sure...</p>

<p>It's not my personal situation, I am just asking this out of curiosity.</p>
