Do colleges see your PSAT scores?

Do they? Because I'm taking mine today and I don't think I'm prepared.

No they don't.

Only if you score high enough to get the "Commended Scholar" title, or anything higher of the same nature... I'm pretty sure it's only semifinalist and finalist after that, though.

PSAT scores aren't sent to colleges. My high school, however, does put them on our transcripts. However, I don't think they can really hurt you. It is meant to be a practice test.

PSAT scores can't hurt you. They can only help you. If they do happen to see your PSAT scores, they will know that you are motivated.

Don't worry! Good luck!

Colleges won't consider your PSAT SCORE in the admission process. Nonetheless, by taking the test, you can see how you do and if possible, getting NHS or whatever awards or recognitions won't hurt either.

You can report your PSAT scores, especially if you're commended or a National Merit Semi-finalist.
