Do colleges send defer/denial letter in by the due time?

<p>NYU says it will post the EDII results on February 15, so will the applicants receive the defer/denial letter (not the acceptance letter) in by that date also?</p>

<p>Yes, they try to notify all students of their decision by that date. If you are deferred, then you would hear by 3/31 on the final decision.</p>
