Do Colleges take how many kids from your high school have gotten accepted/attended when deciding.

A school at the top of my list is a small liberal arts school, and I am considering ED. Nobody from my school has attended this college since my guidance counselor has worked for my school (8 years), and she does not know of any that attended before she arrived. One student was accepted several years ago, but elected to go to Penn over this school. I was wondering if this is something that an admissions office will take into consideration when reviewing my application, or if it is not a concern to them. Thanks,
A

One student who was accepted several years ago and not attending will not be an issue. If nobody attends year after year despite acceptances,it may (emphasis on may, and it depends on the college) give an AO pause.

Regardless, all you can you is put together the best application package that you can. Good luck.
