I'm a high school senior and I just recently got accepted into the aerospace program. I am not a traditional nerdy engineer type student at all, i love to party all the time, drink, DJ, ski, soccer, you name it and i want to have time for all of that during college. As an engineering student at CU will I have time or will i be too busy studying?

Well, my son is a junior aerospace engineering major at CU. He does have to spend a lot of time studying, but he also has a life. He is a member of a the engineering fraternity, does intramural sports, snowboards, hangs with friends, attends concerts, etc. He does sometimes have to give up some of these things if he is having a lot of midterms coming up. Aerospace engineering is a difficult major, and it does require a lot of time to keep up with the work. You cannot be “partying all the time” and pass the courses.
