Emory is my top choice! I really would love to see what everyone thinks of me getting in to Emory as RD. Thanks!

The 5 I put in my first post is how many APs I will have cOmpleted when I graduate this May. Therefore I have only taken 3 AP tests as of now, making me an AP scholar. I will take the last 2 in May.

I was accepted EDII with a 32, no solid ECs or awards, no SATIIs, 3.96, 7 APs, similar volunteering, great essays/recs. So, take that as you will, but I’d be surprised if you didn’t have a strong shot. Have you shown interest?

Good luck christena629. I would agree if you applied ED you had a 100% chance of getting in, but don’t know your chances stacked up with 17,000 or so regular decision applicants. Not sure how the regular decision track works. Since Emory is your first choice, why didn’t you apply ED?

What other schools have you been accepted to and applied to?

Good luck, I will keep my fingers crossed and keep us posted!

To demonstrate interest: attended “Emory in your area” presentation, I’ve emailed my admissions counselor several times, I am on their email lists

I didn’t apply ED because I haven’t had the chance to visit campus and at the time I wasnt 100% sure Emory was my first choice. However it is now! :)

If the 3 scores you currently have are 3s, I’m less positive of your chances than the other posters. If they are 4-5s, I’m with then.
