I have been looking at the major in Education and Child Study at Smith College in Northhampton Massachusetts. It seems like something I would like to do, and could be a good program for me. I was wondering what my chances of getting in would be....here's some info.
1810 SAT
3.45 GPA (unweighted)
4 years honors english (plus journalism and media literacy, 1 year each)
3 years honors spanish
4 years math (up to precalculus, 1 year ahead of my grade level)
3 years of science (all lab, 2 honors - bio and chem, also physics)
4 years of social studies (3 history, half years of psychology and sociology)
I do community service 1.5 hours every other school day for this year at my high school's preschool program. I am also in the advanced Early Childhood 2 portfolio class there. Last year I took early childhood 1 and this year I am the teacher aid for that class.
What do you think my chances of getting into Smith are?

Unfortunately it would be a reach

I don’t think it would necessarily be a reach at all.
Visit the school and interview.
Write a great essay showing your passion/s and interest in the school.
If it is your first choice by far then apply ED.
The school is test optional, so you do not have to include your SAT scores, although your score looks within their range for those who submitted.
Your GPA is in the lower range for those accepted, but not the lowest range.
Look up Common Data Set for Smith and you will see that 13+% of enrolled students were in your GPA range.
I think your course rigor looks very good. Plus, you obviously have a passion for the degree you want to pursue at Smith.
Good luck!

I am forgetting about Safety-Match-Reach terminology
I can see that Smith would be categorized as a Reach school for the OP. But I do think she has a good shot.
Just wanted to give her some hope.

Definitely a reach, but not out of reach. Good luck! :)
